Only after emergency service have declared the house or building safe, should you enter the premises. 

Insurance Assessment

As your Restoration company, we take your damages burden of proof off of your shoulders. We place it on our over a century of experience and knowledge, to make sure that your scope of damages is accurate and properly documented. Once completed, it is submitted for an agreed upon approval by all parties.

Boarding Up

Once the property has been cleared for restoration work, we will board up and cover all damaged areas (roofs and windows) to prevent any further damage. 

Personal Belongings

All personal belongings will be sorted, packed and stored away. Each individual item will be documented and numbered. 

Clean Up

RPM will remove all materials damaged before we start the restoration work. 

Drying Out

If water was used to extinguish the fire, it will need to be dried out and extracted. 

Air Duct Removal

Depending on the damage of the fire, your duct work may need to be repaired and replaced. 

Odor Removal

Odor Removal products will be used for a thorough cleaning, to ensure there are not lingering issues.

Reconstruction

After all smoke and fire damage have been cleared, Restoration Pro Masters will begin the reconstructing work properly.
